No. XIHE works with a partner manufacturing base in Xuzhou, China under OEM/ODM cooperation. XIHE defines the product and the graphene heating technology; the partner base manufactures.
What is the MOQ and lead time?
MOQ and lead time depend on the model, quantity and customization. Both are confirmed with the factory in writing before order — send your target models and timeline for a plan.
How is quality controlled?
The partner base runs material, woodworking, assembly and finished-unit checks on the production floor. Detailed QC and packing documentation is being compiled and will be published here.
What can be customized under OEM/ODM?
Custom sizes, branding and configurations on request. The heating configuration is XIHE graphene far-infrared film as standard across the line.
What certifications apply?
The sealed pod line is whole-machine CE Certified. Certification scope for sauna models is confirmed with the factory before order.
